Freelancer Advertisement Program - Terms and Conditions

Thank you for your interest in joining the Freelancer Advertisement Program at Adbook Communication Pvt Ltd. Below are the terms and conditions that outline the expectations and responsibilities for freelancers participating in our program. Please read them carefully before applying:
Eligibility:
a. Freelancers must be at least 18 years old.
b. Freelancers must possess the necessary skills and experience in advertising, marketing, or related fields.
c. Freelancers must provide a portfolio or samples of their previous work upon request.
2. Scope of Work:
a. Freelancers will be responsible for creating and delivering high-quality advertisements for our clients, both on OTT platforms and customized product advertisements.
b. Advertisements should align with the client's brand guidelines and objectives.
c. Freelancers may be required to work on multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to set deadlines.
3. Contractual Agreement:
a. Freelancers will be engaged on a project basis and will sign a separate contract for each assignment.
b. The contract will specify project details, deliverables, compensation, and timelines.
c. Both parties must agree to the terms of the contract before commencing work.
4. Intellectual Property:
a. All intellectual property rights, including copyrights, shall belong to Adbook Communication Pvt Ltd or its clients.
b. Freelancers shall not use or disclose any confidential or proprietary information obtained during the project.
5. Compensation:
a. Compensation for each project will be mutually agreed upon and specified in the contract.
b. Payment terms and methods will be outlined in the contract.
c. Adbook Communication Pvt Ltd reserves the right to withhold payment for work that does not meet the specified standards or requirements.
6. Independent Contractor Status:
a. Freelancers participating in the program are considered independent contractors and shall not be considered employees or agents of Adbook Communication Pvt Ltd.
b. Freelancers are solely responsible for any taxes, insurance, or legal obligations associated with their freelance work.
7. Confidentiality:
a. Freelancers must maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary information, client data, or trade secrets shared during the project.
b. Non-disclosure agreements may be required for certain projects.
8. Termination:
a. Either party may terminate the engagement by providing written notice with a reasonable timeframe.
b. Termination may also occur if either party breaches the terms of the contract or engages in unethical conduct.
