About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Telecalling Sales Representative to join our sales team.   • Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain our product or service offerings

  • Identify customer needs and provide solutions to their problems

  • Close sales and achieve monthly targets

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activity in our CRM system

  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve overall sales goals


Qualifications & Skills:

  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills

  • 12th Pass

  • Proven experience in telecalling sales or telesales

  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team

  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills

  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales processes

  • Knowledge of Corporate Gift, Customized Product, OOH Ads, DOOH Ads, OTT CTV Ads
